Very responsive tenant. Ready to welcome us when we arrived. Gave us good advices about parking and public transport to NYC. Very spacious apartment with comfortable bedding and weel equipped. Kitchen appliances work nicely and there's everything needed to have a family meal at the place. Excellent location next to bus station to go straight to Manhattan in 15-20 minutes. Latino restaurants around and easy to find supermarkets close to location.

Hot water was unpredictable. Being on a commercial street, expect some noise and light during night time.

I arrived very late during the night of Friday to Saturday so I took my shower in the morning and everything went well Saturday morning. My friends arrived before me on Friday night and they told me that the water wasn’t very hot On Saturday night, we tried the switch the button the owners talked to us about and we tried to do it twice but the water remained very cold and so we had to take very cold showers same as Sunday morning So unfortunately throughout our stay, we got hot water only once

This apartment is huge and in a great location for visiting Manhattan. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and tv. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are super comfy and the bedding warm. The apartment has adjustable central heating and a big hot water tank so you never run out. It also has a washer and dryer within the apartment itself. The 159 bus to New York city stops directly across the street (30 seconds walk), takes 15 mins and only costs $3.50 (less if you buy a flexipass of 20 tickets). I will definitely stay here again when visiting NYC.

There is a supermarket directly across the street which has large delivery trucks arriving most mornings and from as early as 4am. They unload in front of the apartment, and often the trucks are left running for the refrigeration units. This noise didn't actually bother me at all but it was a problem for my family, so if you're bothered by noise this might be a problem. Otherwise this unit is A1 perfect!!!
