The location was great. I reached out because the listing showed a small table and 2 chairs and requested some hangers. The next morning someone showed up with hangers. We asked about the table and chairs and did not get an answer. The only place to sit in the room was on the bed and no table to put a laptop on or eat at.

Our family comes for vacation and stays at a large resort close by and it is too much noise and people for us, so, being local to the Tampa area, we opted for a less expensive, off the main street, and found this cute little place .4 miles away. The bathroom is a little dingy and old and the place can use a paint job, but it was really quiet and right on the channel. There is even a "watch out for manatees" sign at the end of the dock. And the cutest birds in the trees. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice stay, loved the short walk to the beach, and the nice surroundings . The only negative was that the room was hot when we got there and it took many hours in order to get to a comfortable temperature. But will certainly go back and recommend it.
