we did go to the wrong location but the man at Pontoon was helpful and we did text the Owner and someone came very quickly...two or three points to make....firstly there was absolutely no way we could access the car park you advised us to use...we did have a big car but even a Mini would not have been able to get in...fortunately because we arrived on the 1st October we were able to park near the Apartment outside....I would recommend more hooks everywhere and a bathroom shelf...nowhere to put ablution necessities!
As above

Excellent central location and incredible views from balcony.
The apartment was equipped with everything you would need for a short stay and was clean and well presented with modern furnishings
The bathroom was small and as no window became very hot when using the shower.
The shower lacked pressure but was adequate
The bed in main room was small and not really suitable for taller people but due to size of the room I guess a larger one was not possible. It was comfortable though

The Location was excellent - the place clearly was good when first opened, although the climb to the third floor was a little strenuous. Clean and tidy internally but beginning to look a little tired.
See pictures below! Their advertising shows a wonderfully clean balcony - not peppered with bird droppings and moss, which should at least have been cleaned and cleared for our arrival. The balcony chairs were in a poor state of repair, one with a broken slat others covered in green mould. The toilet roll holder was virtually broken and hung limply towards the floor. The shower head was held by a piece of string!! And yet these are advertised as luxury apartments, and priced accordingly. How long does it take to fix a broken shower head? Very poor maintenance standards.
