Beautiful views of the Mediterranean, very close to Paestum. Gated entrance & exit. The property manager Martina was super responsive to questions and requests. Property was described very well, nice breakfast. Beds & pillows very comfortable, nice bathroom setup. Hot tub included in our stead lovely.

We can’t think of any deficit.

Un soggiorno di assoluta eccellenza, in cui eleganza, comfort e qualità dell’accoglienza si fondono armoniosamente. La pulizia, impeccabile e curata in ogni dettaglio, contribuisce a rendere gli ambienti estremamente piacevoli, mentre la colazione, abbondante e ricca di proposte, conquista per varietà e qualità. Un’esperienza all’insegna del benessere e della raffinatezza, in cui nulla sembra lasciato al caso. Un indirizzo che si distingue per cura, attenzione e autentica qualità, da consigliare senza alcuna esitazione.

Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war wunderschön. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und der Ausblick ein Traum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das gesamte Hotel war blitz sauber. Den Strand hatten wir praktisch für uns alleine (was wahrscheinlich auch an der Jahreszeit lag). Es gab super bequeme Liegen und Sonnenschirme die im Preis inbegriffen waren (keine zusätzlichen Kosten).

Die Dame beim Frühstück war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade war nur, dass es nur Toastbrot beim Frühstück und kein anderes Brot gab. Auch Eier waren nicht im Preis inbegriffen und hätten zu einem zusätzlichen Aufpreis bestellt werden können. Trotzdem schade das es sonst keine gab. Die Auswahl an süßem Frühstück waren allerdings sehr gut. Es gab verschiedene Kuchen, Croissants, Pfannkuchen, Müsli usw.

A new and nice, small apartment hotel near the beach with great rooms; but there are also drawbacks. There is no pool and they charge a lot extra for using the whirlpool, the common areas are all open air (not good on windy or rainy days). Good breakfast, but no fresh bread and without variations. Safe parking lot, a short walk to the beach.

The suite we've booked was large and very good, but did not offer sea view as shown on booking.com - there was only a small balcony on the side where large people can barely stand which offers a view to the breakfast terrace with the sea behind it. It seems the only two rooms have full sea view. The garden with seating options is very nice. Using the other part of the garden with the whirl pool shown on the photos costs 30 EUR extra per person for a few hours - which was not transparent when booking the apartment. They also charge a lot for mini bar etc compared to other hotels in the region. The breakfast area is open air, which is nice on sunny days, but we were freezing on a windy morning. This house has a lot of potentials, but it seems that they are not unlocked right now.
