The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. The manager introduced us upon our arrival and we were given a free upgrade. I can’t fault the hotel or staff, we booked this as it was close to the airport and it only took 10 minutes to get there. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely ambience about it

Close to the airport, had a bed and private bathroom.

Very run down, no hot water, terrible smell. There was aircon only in lobby and room, the floors were hot, the smell was intensely bad and felt like we couldn’t breathe. Hotel is on a little dirt road not near anything, the locals seemed confused to see Australians in their community. The staff were lovely! One supervisor wasn’t particularly friendly and was stern with the staff, we were short changed us 10 USD. When checking out the supervisor sent our bags out next to the dirt road, we were ushered outside while trying to book taxis on our phone and stood out the front in the sun for 15mins feeling very unwelcome. Would have been nice to wait inside for our taxi given it was well before checkout time.

Everything about this place is great. The food is excellent, the staff are the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet anywhere in Asia, the location is great for the airport, the new manager is excellent too, a great host.

Le personnel très aimable à l'écoute des clients . La propreté des lieux , rien à redire tout était parfait . L'ambiance chaleureuse , le directeur très gentil.et très réactif, à plusieurs reprises il s'est occupé de mes transports en tuc tuc . Le restaurant très bien sans oublier la décoration de ma chambre qui était magnifique.l Je recommande fortement cet etablissement ..et j'en garderai un bon souvenir.

This hotel is a new hotel with very clean well maintained staff are very helpful with smiles. Mr. Samphors Sok was amazingly helpful with anything and everything we needed.

The hotel is in the residential area and closer to the airport. We needed the taxi or Grab to go anywhere but it was ok quite cheap 2-3$ for the ride.

Hotel ristrutturato da poco personale molto gentile, gran pulizia. Comodo perché vicino all'aeroporto. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Senz'altro lo consiglierei.
