We really appreciated this hotel for its excellent organization and the way everything was handled. We had some difficulties during our journey, and the host was very understanding and went out of their way to help us, which we truly appreciated. Because our plans and route changed, we ended up staying in a different room than the one we originally booked, but this was due to our own circumstances. The room itself was very clean and had the basic essentials we needed. It was warm despite the autumn weather, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there were also the necessary dishes. We didn’t quite figure out where to get coffee nearby, so if you want coffee or tea for breakfast, it may be a good idea to bring your own. We had actually stayed with this host before, in a different room that matched our booking, and everything was clear, well organized, and excellent then as well. We appreciate the host’s help and understanding during this stay.

We didn’t notice any downsides. The only thing I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hairdryer. Maybe it didn't work. But we were completely satisfied with everything and had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

We liked the fact that the hotel was not far from where we needed to be. The building was very nice, the room was clean, and the instructions for entry into the building and room were easy to follow. The overall stay was quiet and comfortable, and we would stay here again if there was a need.

While the instructions for entering the building and room were easy to follow, we did have some trouble with the room code; it took us a while to get it to work correctly. Also unfortunately there seemed to be somewhat of a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Something frustrating was the single use coffee maker; the machine worked great for the first two coffee pod drinks, but just would not work correctly to make the third, and we lost the little pod into the machine before it would make the coffee. Very annoying!
