Plenty of space for 6 people to stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Each double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. The owner and reception staff were helpful too

We had a wonderful family stay with the kids. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Everything was organized, functional, and in excellent condition. The swimming pool was very clean and enjoyable for both kids and adults. Just opposite to the building, there is Marino Mall and Cargills Food City. Which is very convenient. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free family stay.

The only downside was that there was no housekeeping service, as this is a private residential apartment, so cleaning during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.

Locations

It had a great view, was exceptionally clean and spacious. In addition, it was easy to get assistance from the owner of the staff. It was very comfortable and home and was aesthetic.

There was no restaurant on the property which I thought there was going to be. The hallways often smelled like rotten garbage because tenants had to put their garbage in the hallways and then it was removed the next day
