First room they gave me had blood on the wall in the bathroom. The vinyl flooring throughout was sticky the whole way through. They did give me another room which was an updated a little more. Ok if you want to be cheap. But I recommend spending an extra$30 a night for a more comfortable experience somewhere else.

I have done my fair share of traveling and have never had major problems with a hotel until this one. Given the price, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just clean and smoke free. There isn’t enough room to go into everything, but we were given three different rooms and each of them were super dirty and reeked of smoke (both tobacco and marijuana.) It wasn’t just a little smoke either, it was the “knock you over when you walk in and give you a headache” kind of smoke. There were bugs crawling, dirty socks in the bathroom, old Taco Bell cups and pop bottles. My daughter is allergic to smoke, so staying wasn’t an option even if we wanted to take our chances with the bugs and filth. We never even unpacked our stuff. We went and explained the situation to the man working the desk and let him know that we were going somewhere else and would like a refund for 3 nights we had booked. Long story short, they refused to refund that night and said I would need to talk to the manager the next day. I called the next day and talked to a man who no one talks to the manager, only to him, and he would discuss it and call me back. Surprise. Two days later, I’ve not heard a word and no refund. I’ll be trying again this week, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you’re just looking for somewhere to party where no one will bother you.

This place is very affordable and I didn’t have to pay a deposit because I had multiple nights booked paid in advance. The staff is friendly and helpful and are quick to respond to any issues. The rooms are clean, but small and have some wear & tear. But if you’re only looking to sleep, this is your cheap convenient spot. Also, it’s like 10 mins from ATT Stadium w not much traffic. Would definitely stay again.

We got 2 towels for a 3 person reservations and one was covered in yellow sticky gunk. Everything was half broken and there were bugs in the bathroom. Tried to check out early and wouldn’t even do a partial refund or anything.

Need bugs and hair in the shower, and on the bed.

Did my reservation i have stayed in better hotels and they always take my bent id they were not accepting it so i had to look for another hotel .

They STOLE from me! They took my food out of the fridge while I was out for the day! Still waiting for manager to call me back. Only had a sheet on the bed first night and no top sheet the 2nd night. No trashcan. TV remote only went up in volume and up in channel...no downs. The cleaning staff left coffee packet that had makeup on it upside down on coffee machine. Curtains were off the rail. And there was dried blood on one of the pillowcases...GROSS! Management should call me back immediately to discuss this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Unsafe area, tv didn't work. no chair for desk

Bugs. No outer handle on bathroom door. No iron. Nowhere to hang clothes. Never received any fresh towels during a 4night stay. Room left 1/2 way made with no clean sheets. The linens and towels were very soft, though.

The name of the place is Americans Best, this place is the worse. We picked this place because we were going to a Cowboys game. The lobby is very unwelcoming, the area looks like a run down area. I told the clerk we didn't feel safe staying here. We were afraid we might get bed bugs if we stayed here. Honestly most of the rooms, are for people who live on the system and they don't have to pay to stay there.

Nothing unique about this property. Room was filthy.

My check in time was 130 but he said I couldn't check in until 200 and then when I went back in at 2 he was on the property for another 20 mins. When he came in he wanted to see the ID of the person sitting in my car!!

Need better cleaning to rooms

Water pressure was low, shower and bathroom were substandard, bed was ok.

At times might be hard to contact the front desk but it's a clean location and quiet

To be honest I feel like you guys could use some new towels and the tubs idk if y'all scrub them or not but they could use a lil more elbow grease against them😅 lots of stains every where, it was kind of unpleasant to take a shower

Did not like any thing.was supposed to check in at 1:30 .went to clerk to check in he was very nasty rude .told me not to come back until 3:30 .that he was in total control of what time people checked in .not this site .i left came back at 3:30 he was not in the office had to wait another hour.he came back then.he was very very mad he told me to fill out some paperwork rr he would have my car tolled .I told him he was not tolling my car!he told me he can do what ever he likes.he was in total control of what happened there he looked at me very very angry.I decided to just fill out the paper work and say nothing more.I payed.he gave me the key.I asked him where’ the room was located .he told me to find it myself.and told me rr business was done.I had to ask a cleaning lady where the room was located.she told me that the clerk was a very rude person.I went to my room and stayed the night.I will never go back there.that man is very angry.very bad customer service skills.and could be violent person.motel needs to investigate him .he is very very angry awlful man

There was a major leak at the bathroom sink. it took them 6 hours to get someone to come fix it and then they moved me rooms. 6 hours of having to swim to the bathroom. Asked for compensation and front desk woman was rude.

It was ok but the staff was a mixed bag. Gino was an awesome manager who sincerely cared about our concerns. It took till the day before we checked out for housekeeping to clean our room. I would not suggest staying in this hotel for anybody looking for a brief or long extended stay. Housekeeping made excuses as to why they couldn’t clean. They were bugs in the bathroom and the vent was extremely dusty. Again don’t stay at this hotel it may be cheap but it is not worth it.

I liked how close it was to shopping and fitness club. I didnt like the conditions of room I was giving dirty and unsafe. Had to switch rooms and got a rash from first room bed bugs.
