The place was great. We had a blast.

We have a large family and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the large decks. It was very easy to access the beach. There were grills left by previous renters so we took advantage!

Great house! It was perfect for our large group and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the convenience of having a pool or walking across the street to the beach.

I loved Shells East!! There was so much space for our group and we were able to come and go from the beach as much as we wanted!! You can see the water from almost all the bedrooms! The pool was a great addition for a really windy day when we wanted a more relaxed place to lay out!

So first I want to say that I gave 3 stars for "accuracy of online listing" only because the pictures did not do this place justice. I think they are a bit out date. The house was beautiful! It fit my party of 25 comfortably (we rented both sides of this duplex. We were here for a wedding weekend. Everyone was able to bunk up and have their own or shared bed. Each room had its own bathroom. Everything was clean and maintenance was already in changing out batteries in some of the smoke detectors. We had our own beach access right across the street, which we used as the entrance to our isle for the wedding ceremony. Kitchens were stocked with everything we needed. Property manager was quick to respond to questions we had about the area, they even sent text updates about beach weather and easy directions about check in/out. The only downside was the many flights of stairs, but that's too be expected for a sizable home. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend any family to stay. Any wait to come back!

We had a great week! The set up of the house is great, and we love that each bedroom has a bathroom. The kids loved the lights in the pool. We loved your home and will definitely consider returning as long as we can still fit! Our family grows each year with marriage and babies!

We had a very nice time at Shells. The pool was big and got a lot of use! The beach access right across the street was very convenient versus walking to the public beach access. All in all, it was a great trip!!

Our ball team stayed in both sizes of this house. It was great. We loved having plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well as spread out. We also enjoyed the outdoor area under the house where we could all get together and eat. It was also nice to have the pool together with our friends. We liked the outside deck on the upper floor as well as the balconies on several of the rooms. The only issue we ran in to with so many families was parking. The parking is kind of tight. Fortunately since we knew everyone in both sides of the house we were able to make 3 rows of vehicles and work it out. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved this home !!!!! It’s was really nice and clean !!! They made us feel like we were home!!!! We had so much space !!!!! The beach was walking distance!!!! The OWA water park was like 30 min away!!! And there was so much to do……we really wasn’t ready to leave but our vacation came to an end!!!!! We will book again in the future!!!!

We had 17 family members stay for a vacation. The place was spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans, dishes and cutlery that we would need. The pool was clean and private. It was a short walk across the street to get to the beach with no problem crossing.
We had a minor problem with a bathroom drain and they were there to fix it within the hour.
I would highly recommend this place or any house these owners rent. We will definitely book with them when we go back.

We needed a place to stay for a month or so while we opened up a new restaurant. This house met our needs....plenty of bedrooms, baths and space for everyone.
