Great newer hotel, rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Room was nice, the area around the hotel was nice.

Our furst room someone had smoked in but rhey moved us no questions asked. The second room was smaller and the shower head wasnt completely functional. Otherwise was a nice room

The first issue was that there is a window in the room that has no curtain And a really bright light just outside. Second issue is there was no coffee in the lobby. No coffee in the bedroom. We are accustomed to better overall conditions.

The property was surrounded by construction but it wasn’t noisy. Areas surrounding the hotel were Beautiful

Very nice, new. Bed is comfortable. Great location. Only complaint is no coffee made for morning coffee drinkers and no continental breakfast.

I had to call 911 on the day we were checking out, they took my Mom to the hospital and I didn't know how long we would be there. I called and they gave me a late checkout of 1PM. I think under the circumstances, since the hotel was practically empty, that they could have gave me a break and not set a definite time, since I had no idea how long I would be at the hospital. I thought it was very inconsiderate,

The beds and pillows were very comfortable but they need to clean better, There were toe nails on the floor, stains on bed cover, and bathroom shower was not cleaned. Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors.

The stay was amazing. The only thing i didnt like was that i had booked about 2 months in advance. I thought i was getting a good deal. I booked on expedia and when i checked in i overheard the person in front of me pay about 40 bucks less with no reservation. I looked online on hotel website and sure enough rooms were about 130 after taxes. I paid 178 after taxes 2 months prior. So thats the only thing i didnt like. Everything else was amazing.

The hotel was in a good area with plenty of good restaurants! The hotel was new and pretty clean. I gave the hotel 3 stars overall because the first room we were in had dirty sheets (there appeared to be black dog hair in the bed). It seemed that the sheets had been washed but the sheets didn’t come completely clean. We asked for a new set and they did not have the correct size, so we were given a new room. Unfortunately the new room was right under the lobby (lobby is on the 4th floor) and we could hear people in the lobby all night long.

The property and staff were great. I did not realize the suite only had a couch and not a pull-out sofa bed. I think it would help to clarify somewhere in the description.

When it comes to hotels I am Bougie. I love to be comfortable after a road trip. This is a new hotel it has a unique design and it delivered honey. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Hotel is nice and new and the area is pretty cool. The staff at the front desk could literally care less if we were there though. Ive called the front desk multiple times and no answer. He was too busy on Facebook to look at or greet anyone. But, the hotel is definitely clean, nice and the area is wlakabke to bars and restaurants and a pretty cool little outdoor area for the kids

While it was nice and clean none of the electrical outlets in bathroom work and it was noisy with dogs fighting in the hall. Also when i checked out they refused to give me a receipt because i booked through Expedia so if i wanted a receipt i should call Expedia. And everything around it was under construction so that caused issues getting in and out.

Loved the high ceilings in the rooms and the large shower. A lot of the comments complain about the main floor being on the 4th floor but as soon as you walk in it tells you to go to the 4th floor for all of the amenities so no problems. Everyone was nice and pleasant and the bartender even served us after he was closed for the evening. Wonderful staff!

Remodeled property looks nice. Lots of new construction in the area and will be very nice once done.

The service from this property was poor at best. The room was not cleaned...at least definitely not vacuumed. The room was short of hangers and the hotel did not have any extras to provide. The phone line between the room and the front desk did not work so if anything was needed, we had to go to the front desk. Half way through the stay, both door keys were disabled and would not open any doors. We escalated our concerns to management (who were not available) and never received any return calls. While the location was perfect, we will never stay at this property again.

I want to love this place and think soon it will be ready, but it's not quite fully baked yet. It's prime location, offering a lot to do, eat, play. The finish out is lovely and well done. The furnishings, patio, 4th floor lobby with a lake view, dining table, all wonderful. The very much ongoing construction and maybe the hotel IT just needs little bit more time. The staff seemed to still be getting a full handle on the system (I have zero problem with that), but best efforts only get you so far when it's having it's own issues. I will say, though, the walls were surprisingly thin. I don't consider us loud, but we're not whisper people - we try to be considerate of those around us. Got back late, turned on the tv but nothing in me was worried about it being disturbing to neighbors. When ours turned off I laid there for a while listening to the neighbors tv - hoping ours had not been loud enough to carry. It didn't sound like theirs was blaring or extra loud, it just carried through the walls. Maybe it was just proximity to the wall, but it's something I'll be conscious (or self-conscious) of in the future.

Very nice, new. Very clean and bed comfortable. If you are wanting morning coffee and continental breakfast, look somewhere else. Check in lobby is on 4th floor, found that strange. Will stay again, since it is very close to relatives we are visiting.

Great location!! Loved the bar at top with a wraparound balcony. Will stay again!!!
