It was very central 5 min walk to the station, restaurants, and shops. 10 minute walk to the river lots to do. Property also had great facilities the washing machine was a bonus.

Good and cozy property - well furnished and value for money.
Baby-friendly - baby crib and high chair are available as well.
There was a problem with the bathroom tap hot water, once I informed the host, it was rectified the same day quickly.
Very near to the Kingston Railway station (2 min walk).
1) The Access pin shared on booking.com was incorrect - I had to stand outside the door for 20 minutes and call the property to figure out the entry access.
2) There was a 250 GBP security deposit which was debited from my card without prior notice, and getting the refund took quite a while (almost a month from the checkout date) and multiple follow-ups with the host.

Good location and nice looking
The bed was very small and not comfortable. Pillows are terrible and so old they need replacing. Saucepans also need replacing. Fridge smelt and the apartment was hot even when we turned down the heating.
