The 1 bedroom apartment was the highlight of our stay in london. First of all the apartment was exactly like the pictures, big and spacious. The apartment was stocked with handwash, dishwash, laundry wash, dishes, etc. We did not think to find few things but got super excited to see they were there. Location was perfect very closeby to queensway/bayswater and bus stations to go anywhere. Secondly, the building is gated (fob) and then another another fob. So completely safe. Additionally, since our window/balcony did not face any street, we did not get any street noise, specially the loud ambulence/police siren noises which was a big welcome. It was completely quiet and peaceful. Big plus that hot water came at all times we were there. Abdul was extremely helpful and kind. A staff met us at time of receiving, helped with luggage, and both checked in on us through message to see we were doing fine from time to time.

Besides being perfect a few things to note, it says air conditioned, but not AC. 3 fans were provided so maybe it means that. Although didnt need them as weather was pleasant. Additionally, theres no dryer but its a new washing machine i think which has a 2-in1 wash and dry setting it takes majority of the water out but not completely dry. A drying rack is provided for you to lay your clothes out on. I think for the value, caring hosts, spacious apartment, it exceeded our expectations.

I had read many horror stories about property hosts not showing up and properties not being as advertised but in this case the host was VERY responsive and the property was better than I expected. The location is great, the facilities had everything you could need including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The flat was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. There were even small touches like a motion sensing light in the bathroom that I really appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised that the host proactively checked with me to ensure everything was OK.

L’emplacement est excellent (moins de 10 min du métro Bayswater) et la sécurité et les équipements de l’immeuble (sécurité des accès, ascenseur, très jolie cour intérieure). L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Le personnel était très serviable

Les équipements de l’appartement sont vétustes et ont grand besoin d’être refaits - notamment la cuisine dont le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, le réfrigérateur et le congélateur sont vétustes, les plinthes tiennent avec du scotch, comme les carreaux de la salle de bain. La salle de douche a aussi besoin d’être refaite. Il y avait une forte odeur d’égouts à chaque utilisation de la douche en particulier. L’immeuble est très mal isolé et le bruit du couloir et de la cour était constant
