The property is cozy and not very big, but it is very clean and has all amenities. The host is just so lovely. Anything I needed, she was responsive, kind and very helpful.

The property is tiny and cozy. It has a lot of kitchen stuff: microwave, water heater, dishwasher, toaster, .. + a washing machine (no dryer though). The bed is comfortable. Definitely for 1 person only.
Neighbors are really really noisy. Sound proofing is almost non-existent. I spent 3 nights. Last night, I slept only 2 hours. You hear all the noise and the people upstairs were partying, knocking, banging, loud music, obnoxious laughs, ... You Hear EVERYTHING.
Neighborhood is very sketchy. I found an elderly gentleman peeing there in ally just outside the apartment. I wouldn't bring my kids there.
Size can be an issue for tall/big people and US standards overall. I am both tall and big and I almost didn't fit in the shower.
