I really liked the location and the apartment itself. It's small but well-equipped with a nice sofa and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was especially appreciated since it was quite hot even at the beginning of September.
The elevator wasn't working. While I only had a small suitcase and it didn't cause me too much trouble, the stairs leading to the upper floors were not very pleasant—there was graffiti and the staircase could use some cleaning.

A great location, a kind responsive host and comfortable clean apartment. Good value, I would recommend to others :)
Bel emplacement, appartement propre, hôte réactif.
The outside hallways were not very clean and the lift did not work, but this is not the fault of the host.

Great location walking distance from train station, and located in the heart of the city . Host was responsive and helpful
Wall painting in bad condition you cannot see in the picture. Used soap in the shower wasn’t replaced. Very bad sound isolation. At night we could hear all what was happening on the street. Don’t book for a Saturday…the building is a bit filthy, staircase stink really bad. Elevator in poor condition . Doesn’t feel super safe. A few devices don’t work like air conditioning remote or coffee machine but that’s “ok” . Eventually it’s not great value for money. It’s not that “cheap” worth paying 30€ more for a regular hotel instead .
