Good location, 3 minutes walk from water bus station and walkable distance to main attractions. A ministore nearby, can easily get refilled. A restaurant downstairs was excellent, very nice food. Very helpful staff.
No elevator, be prepared to walk upstairs for 3 storeys with your luggage. The air-conditioners are a bit strange, they were working and temperature was reasonable, but sometimes on sometimes off, still couldn't figure out how to set the optimal mode after 3 nights...

Excellent location. Very close to Rialto Bridge. Apartment was clean and reasonably updated.
Air conditioning wasn't adequate. Not very cool. Also, because you have to take key card out when leaving, the apartment never seems to cool down enough. The balcony was small and the furniture very uncomfortable. Not a nice view either. Being on the 3rd floor was difficult, especially with the luggage.

"The location of this apartment was PERFECT, close to everything. The apartment itself was also so beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfy!"
