Cleanliness and facilities inside room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Car parking are little bit crowded but the watchman will always help for parking so much appreciated Room service was good except one time delayed in room cleaning.

Breakfast and restaurant. Food menu was limited . Room rent includes the breakfast which starts only at 8. Also u have to start early for sightseeing. Restaurant staff was very friendly but they failed to refill during breakfast.

Super clean and spacious room. Tasty breakfast and courteous staff. Comfortable bed and good AC and hot water facilities.

Slightly over priced considering the location. The hotel is attached to a marriage hall and is not a fully functional hotel. Felt a little deserted (could be unsafe for ladies only stay) as we were the only guests staying that night.

Good friendly staff and clean property.

The room is spacious. The hotel is kept in a good state.

Sink not working properly. Breakfast was a disaster. On the first day of our stay we were the only guests in the hotel and they served very little. On the second day they provided buffet service. No welcome or smiles from the staff who were oblivious to the fact that I was left standing in the middle of a small packed room while waiting for the tables to be cleared. Poor food, empty buffet containers. I had to ask them repeteadly to refill the containers as they said they would but did not. In the end I had to be very insistent, which was unpleasant. All in all I was kept waiting 45 minutes before I could eat anything. Simply bad service.
