The property was very cosy and probably the best equipped rental kitchen we have stayed in . Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . The welcome tea coffee wine etc was plentiful. There was a lovely autumnal bouquet waiting . We liked everything about the property . The communication with the hosts was great and very easy and made arrival straight forward . We didn’t use the outside space much due to inclement weather but there was plenty of space to sit outside. As the weather got colder we put the heating on which was very efficient . There was a wood burner with logs but we didn’t use this . We very much hope to return

There was nothing that we didn’t like but it’s worth being aware this is a cottage style property and therefore it is darker than some of the other properties on lower mill estate but for us it made it cosier and gave the property more character . We speculated that it would be much cooler ( in a good way) on a very hot summers day as it looked like there would be shady spots .

Great location to explore the Cotswold Water park. We found lots of lively walks. Onsite facilities were great and plenty of other restaurants within a 10-15 min drive

Wonderful location for our family, lovely treats to welcome us. The treats for the dog, sweets and Prosecco were all lovely and very much appreciated.

The property is in a great location with things to do but you have to be careful to book in advance and we only got to go the once. The inside of the property is beautiful

On the second day we received a message to ask us to pay for the two dogs we had with us. As we had looked for dog friendly places we were not aware that a further payment would be required especially after paying almost £400 per nights stay and were uncomfortable that the CCTV in operation was used to spy on us. The outdoor area was covered with spider webs as were the balconies and the table and chairs were dirty. The oven also did not work and despite guidance on the wall (not directly on the oven) for what to do in the event of it not working, we wasted two roast chickens and a couple of pizzas as even with the guidance we were unable to use it during our whole stay. Luckily an air fryer was at the property otherwise we would have had nothing to cook with.
