The incredible, amazing views from the deck of this property are worth the price alone. Great spot in Pine Mountian with a large kitchen, expansive vistas and lots of living space. We'll be back!

This was our 3rd stay at Paula's home in Pine Mountain Club. It's always such a great time and location so we can escape the busy city and enjoy beautiful mountain views, and crisp clean air. This home is very cozy and perfect for our week stay on vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and lots of dishes and cookware for making dinner at home. Paula was extremely responsive and always available to help or answer any questions you have. We really enjoyed that recently the unit now has central Air Conditioning in the entire house. Which is great during the hotter months of the year and means we would definitely consider coming in the summer time in addition to the other times of year we visit. The best part of this house is the gorgeous view of the mountains and valley below in the morning or at sunset. The bed (main bedroom) is very comfortable and spacious with the en suite bathroom. We definitely will continue to stay at this location every time we come to PMC. We feel it's the best house and location in the entire valley and would recommend any visitor to stay here -- you will not regret it. This was our second stay at this location, and as always Paula is an amazing host, with very quick communication. We feel that this house is the best location and rental house in all of Pine Mountain Club. The view is second to none, and the house itself is very comfortable, charming, and lots of room and space to spread out.The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need to cook. There are also some condiments and spices if you forget to bring your own. We only used the King Size bed, in the main bedroom which is very comfortable and warm. The heating in the house works great, and love that the water heats up quickly from the faucet so you're not waiting forever to get warm water. We were fortunate enough to get to experience a snowfall, which was truly magical, as you don't get to see snow in Los Angeles. The community is very friendly, and helpful, and are always wanting to help point you in the right direction and have a friendly conversation.This will not be our last visit to this beautiful house, and hope to stay there many more times in the months and years to come. We took a short trip to PMC for a few days to get away from the City and fell in love with this property and town. The views were absolutely stunning and picturesque. We needed to get in touch with the host for a couple of items and questions, and they were extremely responsive, courteous, and helpful. We plan on visiting PMC again soon, and this will be our Go-To property to stay at. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location actually has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was quite the surprise. We only used the upper level for our stay as there was only 2 of us. The property was easy to find, and the welcome instructions were very complete and helpful. Thank you very much, Dannie and Paula, for opening your home as a rental to the public.
