Check in was so smooth and communication was excellent

Brak

We stayed in a similar apartment last Christmas on the 3rd floor but this is on the 5th upper floor with the same view but a better viewpoint. We knew what to expect as all the apartments are similar and located adjacent to Wellbees supermarket, a fanatstic fishmonger and also bus stops on either side of the road.

The food rubbish food bin had not been emptied from the previous stay. The key code to the ground floor was temperamental and took 4 attempts to gain initial access to the building; after that the door refused to accept the same code but we had the keys to both main entrance and apartment so was not a problem. Be aware that at time of writing (April 2026), the road down to the lower section of the town is blocked until June 2026. This is not really a problem as, there is a free shuttle service that runs past the apartment in both directions to halfway down the hill (Maritime Hotel) then back to the bypass above the town outside the primary school from where all the regular services pick up and drop off. So, it is free bus service to the Maritime and back!
