Very close to the nightlife, hei temple, and train stations

The entrance is horribly bad for those with a lot of luggage and completely inaccessible for people in wheelchairs. Also they said futon which for me means a pull-out bed from the couch, not the traditional japanese futon which means a floormat

Convenience.

Cleanliness

The property has fantastic location with two well connected and relatively less crowded metro stations. The apartment was compact but had all the listed facilities. The partition door to the room enables one person to sleep comfortably if the other wants to watch TV/be awake. I also really appreciated the security aspect as it was company run with main door and floor access by keycard. While the pdf looks daunting , if one follows instructions - it is quite simple to access the apartment. We were through within 5 minutes in first short. Sufficient toiletries were provided. While remotely managed, the staff was very responsive even until late night - we had queries about heater, check in etc. which they responded to in less than 15 minutes. Overall , perfect for a short stay (we were there 5 nights) , if the primarily objective is to really get a central base to explore Tokyo and have lots of food options etc.

While size is clearly listed, the apartment is compact - we were three and managed but this would be quite tight for four people. Towels provided are super thin. Instructions in English for washing machine and water heater would help greatly.

Lage ist sehr gut, ruhige angenehme gegend.

Es ist nicht für drei Leute ausgelegt, die dritte person muss auf der couch schlafen. die ist aber viel zu klein. Es fehlt an bettzeug. Check in unnötig kompliziert.
