Excellent location. Good communication and quick responses to requests. A special thank you for the very early check-in! You guys are the best!

Very secure, clean and comfortable apartment with good transport connections to the city centre and airport. Great communication over message! Bed was very comfortable!

Couldn't quite work out the air conditioning/heating, which meant we were a bit cold at times, would benefit from some instructions regarding this I think.

location

I never spoke to anyone; was harassed a week before to provide details of arrival time, mode of transport guest information, as checkin would be by an in-person staff, not only was that NOT the case, I never saw anyone, collecting keys was a treasure hunt. I was sent photos but was not instructed that the keys were in a lock-box down the block from the building on the corner! written instructions should be provided, NOT photos or videos without explanation! The apartment is suitable but bathroom accessories are needed; dispensers in the shower and a shelf for personal toiletries, An extra set of towels would be appropriate at no extra cost, given the room rate! Wifi instructions should be placed in the room! Location and building are convenient but not enough to forego what is missing, as mentioned!
