A great location with easy walking access to the metro station and the centre of the Hakaniemi district. The flat is situated in a block of flats in the architecturally interesting Merihaka residential and office district. There is a supermarket on site, amongst other amenities. Right next door is a stop on the new tram line, which is due to start operating in early 2027. The flat is comfortable and practical. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large, comfortable 160 cm bed. The large, glazed balcony is perfect for relaxing in, whatever the weather. Świetna lokalizacja z wygodnym dojściem pieszym od stacji metra i centrum dzielnicy Hakaniemi. Mieszkanie mieści się w bloku w ciekawej urbanistycznie dzielnicy mieszkaniowo-biurowej Merihaka. Na miejscu m.in. supermarket. Mieszkanie wygodne i funkcjonalne.
