Excellent location - right in the thick of everything. Very comfortable apartment with good size lovely high ceiling lounge with interesting outlook.
Dima the host couldn’t have been more helpful.
Only small setback was that at weekends it can be a bit noisy at night with people passing through but double glazing drowns most of it out.

The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, just a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of pretty much everything. There is also an underground car park very close by, which is convenient if you are travelling by car. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment was rather quiet, and we did not experience much noise. The air conditioning was a big plus, as were the 2 comfortable double beds, washing machine, dishwasher, and well-equipped kitchen. The whole apartment has a nice, aesthetic interior with a distinctive artistic character.
The beds are located on a mezzanine, which is perfectly fine in itself, but during hot days the air conditioning, which is located downstairs, struggles to cool the mezzanine properly, so it can get quite stuffy upstairs. There was a fan available on the mezzanine, although it was a bit dirty. The staircase leading to the apartment is also rather shabby, but this was not a major inconvenience for us.

An amazing location with lots of old town charm. It was cosy but big enough for four of us. I loved sitting at the window and seeing the world go by. Surprisingly quiet for sleeping and very comfy beds. The host was really helpful too
