Balcony is super nice, it’s clean, you can find everything you need in the apartment, even more😅

Nothing actually

5 min walk from little sandy beach , close ride from airport. Shops close by.

Construction outside early mornings

Leute lasst euch nicht von den Bildern täuschen die sind alt. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und von den Schränken fehlen die Türen oder fallen ab.

Accessible. Well equipped. Balcony. View of sorts. First impression was cosmetically pleasing. Good washing machine and drying facilities.Good shower when the water is running.

Awful Plumbing. No water supply to toilet on 3 seperate days. No electricity in apartment on one day. Contacted owner on a number of occasions. First time he responded promptly. 2nd time more grudging response. Quite abrupt. We advised him we'd be away overnight and he'd have plenty of time to address the situation. We returned to find same issues. Rather than rely on him, we filled the only two pots for flushing. Tv set up is complicated and wiring and remote functions do not correspond to the multiple pages of instruction. Coffee Pod dispenser faulty. When he repaired it, he put the same pods at the bottom of every slot, leaving no choice. Really uncomfortable seating.
