I liked everything. The bungalow was authentically historical, and very comfortable. Huge bedrooms. We were taken for 2 walks, one by the manager to the old tea factory about a km away, which was fascinating; and another with a trained guide through the tea plantation for birding. Breakfast in the garden was fab and dinner the night before good. Staff all lovely. Bending over backwards to help us
Nothing. If I were to be really picky the high tea could have been more lavish!

Heritage and history. In the middle of nature. Lush green tea gardens. V serene. Peaceful
Could include a few modern amenities like a TV.

Lockhart bungalow is THE place to stay when you in Munnar, most amazing location and very homely vibe with luxe experience. View from the bungalow is just out of this world, feels like a painting . Early morning walk in the tea estate was the most beautiful walk and we were lucky to witness a rainbow. Mr.Cherian made our experience so good and comfortable.
Location, Food , staff, service everything top of the line.
