AC was great. Beds were comfy.
Broken chair. Broken floors. Kinda broken down. Water pressure low.

The location is excellent. Seaworld was a big reason for our visit to San Diego and this was ideal. Property has a real home from home feel.
The Washing Machine was faulty but there is a launderette nearby so was no issue. Gave me a my daughter an excuse to have breakfast at the amazing Broken Yolk Cafe while the wash was on!

It was clean and cute. Located pretty close to everything. It was peaceful and well stocked.
The pool was a disappointment, it was dirty and starting to turn green. Also the fire table had spider webs all in the inside where you turn on the propane. So we didn’t use the backyard like we wanted to.

The location was great, the back yard was perfect and the kitchen was great. The owner picked up my husbands Amazon package and brought it to us when we arrived and quickly brought many linens.
Trying to reach them prior to staying was challenging, the WiFi didn’t work, the washer/dryer didn’t work, the cowboy pool was nice but hasn’t been cleaned or filtered in a bit, the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and it needs more storage for clothing while staying.
