The apartment is very charming. It has good amenities, such as the kitchen and the washing machine. The two windows face trees so we appreciated the privacy. It is about a 20 minute walk from the train station.

The apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The toilet was still dirty and bathroom smelled foul when we got there. When we tried to use a couple of dishes they were still dirty, some cups even had a lipstick stains. The kitchen is haphazardly stocked. Mismatched dishes just stacked and stacked on top of each other. It seems like a lot of random stuff just put in cabinets. The couch in the living room is badly stained, we put towels down to sit down. Sadly the condition of the items takes away from the charm and the potential of the place. The chairs upstairs were ripped and some of the cushions on the beds as well. The lamp next to the bed was broken. The apartment simply doesn't seem well taken care of. Also, the bedroom and bathroom have a really low ceiling. You cannot stand near the toilet because you will hit the ceiling. We contacted the property right away and sent pictures and we were told sorry for the inconvenience and that they would forward to the proper channel. The next time they reached out was when we checked out, no mention of anything we had sent them. The dirty linens from the prior stay were left outside in the hallway, they were still there when we checked out (4 nights).

Era muy auténtico, muy cómodo y muy bien localizado. Tenía todo lo necesario para poder tener una estancia agradable, estaba todo muy limpio, toallas perfectas y suficientes para los cuatro que íbamos y camas muy confortables. El apartamento tiene mucho encanto.

El calentador de agua no funciono bien en toda la semana, y aunque nos dijeron que iban a venir a arreglarlo no vinieron, tuvimos que estar reseteandolo casi en cada ducha y el último día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. Quitando este contratiempo todo estaba perfecto.

The hosts are wonderful and always willing to help with anything. The house is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. It also includes games for young children, and there are sports fields nearby. We stayed for only one day, but we left feeling that it was a shame we couldn’t stay longer.

L'emplacement est pratique pour découvrir le centre de Florence et la procédure d'arrivée est facile. Appartement calme et spacieux.

La clim à l'étage ne suffit pas à refroidir l'appartement, il faisait très chaud. La douche est très étroite et il faut se baisser pour accéder aux WC. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Le 3ème lit n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée malgré ce qui avait été vu au préalable. Le plafond de la chambre du fond part en miettes qui tombent sur le lit.
