Great location. Clean. Everything you need.

Only a couple of little things. Cutlery could do with being replaced, the spoons especially, as they have worn away on the back and we didnt want to use them. Kettle just needs descaling.

The rooms were comfy and location to the town and quay was brilliant. It was a cosy cottage just right for few days away. Everything we needed was there. Thanks so much.

Parking was a problem so once we got parked outside we didn't use the car again as doubted we would get a space again. So we stayed in Woodbridge and had a good time. Also you need to tell people the stairs twist and are very steep. As someone older or more infirm would have struggled. Also you say no dogs upstairs but there is no gate to stop them and floor in lounge is very slippy for dogs. We put our rubbish out but the bin was overflowing so we had to put rubbish in front.

Location was good for walking to the river or in to town. The beds were comfortable, everywhere very clean and we appreciated the upstairs toilet in addition to the downstairs bathroom. The WiFi worked well and the tv was easy enough to negotiate! There was plentiful and useful information left by the hosts for nearby restaurants and info prior to arrival was timely.

The downside of such a prime town situation was the difficulty in parking, which was impossible for us to do outside the property at any time during our stay. However, it was a short walk to a reasonably priced car park which we used for the entire weekend and I suggest more emphasis be put on this in the advance information so visitors are prepared. Being near the end of terrace next to a main road, we could hear loud traffic as soon as the upstairs windows were open - only a problem if anyone is used to otherwise living in a quiet area.

Mould around the bath rim. Taps need a thorough clean -Viakal -lime scale disinfectant would help.
