Mooi, ruim appartement met grote slaapkamers. Ze lieten mij binnen ook al hadden ze mijn booking niet gezien. Leuk dat ik niet lang moest blijven, ik voelde me niet veilig, samen met mannen in een privéwoning. Ik kon het niet plaatsen.

Ik had geen privé badkamer, moest mijn spullen onbewaakt in de slaapkamer laten als ik naar de badkamer ging. Net. een AirBNB, Daar had ik me niet aan verwacht. Ik vond het een louche zaak, mede dat ze niet wisten dat ik geboekt had. Ze vroegen een bewijs, ik heb pas bevestiging gekregen van de booking als ik klaar was om te vertrekken. Zijn het allemaal appartementen waar ze de kamers van verhuren?

Nothing, it was super terrible.

1) They are very unprofessional and gave me wrong room at beginning. I had to do lot of struggle to correct my room. They accommodated me in future tower and in very bad room initially. I told them about my booking in Aspire tower and they said both Aspire tower and future tower are same. 2)spoke many people to change my room in Aspire tower and they didn’t help me in transfer from Future to Aspire tower. 3) care taker was watching TV and talking on phone most of the time during my stay. He was not sharing wifi passwords and not suppling soaps etc in bathroom. I had to find care taker and requested him each and every item to get the same. 4) Care taker committed breakfast for morning but denied in next morning by saying I am alone today. 5) I think they are running accommodation services to cheat people not for business or services.

Good clean rooms with friendly staff

It's an amazing property and very safe for family . It's in a gated community of amanora Park town which itself is a bliss to stay . Staff is really good and helpful. I was given a early checkin and was given the room I booked which perfect for the my sort holiday

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms , and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.
