We had a lovely stay at the hotel celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. The room was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of food. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary cupcakes for our anniversary. Thank you for making our little getaway extra special and memorable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything happened too soon

I really love the whole experience and am truly grateful to the entire team for making our stay a pleasant one. When I dropped my mom at the lobby while arranging for parking, the staff immediately attended to her with warm smiles and offered her warm water. Special thanks to Shafik and Syakirrin for going the extra mile to take care of my mom, who is in her 70s. They even provided us with a wheelchair, which I really appreciated. I especially love that our room was not too far from the elevators. My mom can’t walk very far, so this made it easier for her to move around slowly and comfortably. Throughout our stay, most of the staff I met, whether at the lobby, around the gym, or even the housekeeping team, greeted me with warm smiles. These little gestures really made a difference. The check-in staff were very helpful and briefed us on all the necessary details. Thank you for arranging such a clean and nice room that was also suitable for an elderly guest. Check-out was just as pleasant. Thank you, Hazel, for assisting me and reminding me about the parking validation, which I had completely forgotten. That was really helpful! The breakfast buffet was delicious too. Although the menu selection wasn’t extensive, there was more than enough for us. Great job to the kitchen team, and thank you to all the friendly staff who served us so well. Overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and care shown by everyone. What makes me happiest is seeing my mom feeling good and comfortable throughout our stay. Great leadership is reflected in the way your staff treat their guests. From the booking process right through to check-out, I was treated with respect, warmth and genuine care. It shows that good hospitality starts with good leadership and it truly makes a difference to the guest experience. Kids friendly, great customer service

Cleanliness of the rooms - there were a few small flies in my room and the housekeeping staff were not very friendly when we greeted them.
