capacity of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the villa is perfectly suited for 6 persons. Therefore, Villa
Hadrian is a really wonderful option if you are travelling with your family.
Villa Hadrian has XXX square meters of interior space. On the ground floor our guests find a fully
equipped kitchen with a dining as well as a comfortable and cozy living room. The ground floor also
has a bedroom with own bathroom. One of the highlights of this bedroom is its unconstrained and
beautiful view to the terrace. Of course you can access the terrace with the pool area through large
terrace doors. The villa is built in an minimalistic style with large windows that allow a stunning view
of the beautiful Velebit mountains as well as the crystal clear blue sea.
We have the largest pool in the city. And what’s more, we have a Jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the
mountains and the landscape.
Villa Hadrian is located in Pridraga, a small and charming village near Zadar. The community has
restaurants as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy. Besides that it is quiet and not crowdy. From
the villa it is a 3 minute walk to the coastline. The beaches are stone covered and not sandy what
contributes to the crystal clear and blue water. Nevertheless the water access is easy and also
suitable for children and seniors.
The area belongs to Dalmatia. Dalmatia is known for its wine and its stunning and scenic national
parks, Plitvica Lakes being the most famous. Although Pridraga is small and remote, it is only 30
minutes from Croatian highways that directly connect to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since
Croatia joined the European Union in 2023 there are no border controls any longer. Croatia has the
Euro and there are no additional roaming cost for telephone and internet access for European
citizens.
Croatia is sunny. This obviously is good for holidays, but not good for cars and stuff. We therefore
provide a large car port to protect our customers vehicles from the sun.
Villa Hadrian has been designed to also be the perfect location for autumn and winter stays. The villa
has floor heating, heated Jacuzzi and pool. Rooms can be heated separately, and the house has extra
strong insulation.
