Great location, well stocked , overall clean.

Best view. Great, quiet location, close to everything in town and on the mountain. Would recommend anyone concerned about stairs view the tub in the downstairs master. One member in our party has knee issues and that shower/tub combo posed an issue for her as its a high step. There is also an annoying blinking blue light in the downstairs master that disturbed sleeping. But overall a clean, comfortable condo. We enjoyed wildlife viewing from the balcony/living room daily. Loved the hummingbirds. Would recommend, with awareness of the two items mentioned.

We have a sort of mixed review of this property. The location is great and the views are lovely. It’s a nice mix of lively during the day and quiet at night. Lots of deer around and a great area to walk or explore. Check in is easy; lots of info is provided upfront. The unit itself is nicely laid out. However, there are some things that make it feel more like a hotel versus a vacation rental. The rugs are very used and dirty. The windows in the downstairs bedroom were difficult to open- which was frustrating because you need air flow in a unit with no AC in the summer, The screen on the balcony door stuck and didn’t close fully. The balcony had two broken posts on the left side making it unsafe for young children. The pillows and linens felt worn down. The trash situation is a little odd- you have to drive any trash you accumulate to a separate location at check-out. When you already have a full car it was just an extra thing to manage that I didn’t anticipate. Overall, I’d say it’s nice for adults but not great for families with young children. The listing photos make it look a bit more new and modern than it is in functionality.
