Location

It was quite frustrating to receive constant messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Booking) saying that we could contact them for any issue, but when I asked on the first day if they could bring two light bulbs for the bedside lamps (as they were broken), I was told to buy them myself, which I found quite inappropriate. The issue was not resolved during our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is quite old and lacks a dishwasher and extractor fan. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. There are several aspects that could be improved. We were also encouraged to give a score of 10, which we do not feel reflects the actual experience.

Location is very good for the Barzette ski lift. It's a bit further (a 5 min drive) from Crans-Montana 'downtown'. Nice little balcony with a view. Pretty good shower and bathroom situation, and good setup for a family of four (bunk bed for the kids in separate bedroom).

There was no parking when we arrived, which made it complicated. It was probably due to New Year's busy period as it was better in the later days. The sofa in the apartment really needs to be replaced.. (old leather sofa which is flaking/crumbling). No dishwasher is a minus.
