The dinette slides out, to give you extra floor space in the trailer. The trailer is equipped with a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. There is an air conditioner, heater, fridge with freezer (that runs on propane and electricity), two-burner gas stove, microwave, Bluetooth capable radio with speakers inside and out, and power awning. Other amenities included that will be ready at time of pick up are: a full propane tank, house batteries charged and full, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and cups, toilet paper, and the tanks empty.
