The place is great, well located, the bathroom is renovated and the breakfast is 10/10.
You have to pay a 6.25 EUR per person city tax in cash. I don't carry cash with me so I'll have to find a workaround :(

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Paris. The location is excellent, and the accommodation is clean, comfortable, quiet and feels very safe. The Parisian host is welcoming and speaks excellent English, making communication easy. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay and fantastic value for money.

The communication with Thouraya leading up to my stay was excellent, as soon as I arrived I felt very much at home after my long journey from Australia. The apartment was a dream, the breakfast was delicious and the conversations with Thouraya over a night time tea have a left a sincerely genuine mark on me. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home type of stay, i look forward to returning in the coming years!
