We love this place. We had a wonderful adventure. The place was clean, we loved the little cottage, the hot tub, the fire pit, the front water and the front view we had , specially the cows. 100% recommended.

Outstanding property with many fabulous spaces to enjoy the people you love, with plenty of privacy in a gorgeous setting! Inside there is a festive dining room with seating for 8, a cook together, fully stocked kitchen, game night living room. The hosts have made all rooms welcoming with added touches - books, games, soft throws (which came in useful for morning coffee!), plenty of seating. The main bedroom is so cozy, and the bunk room is fairly private and functional. The main bath is large and the shower room spa-like! Windows everywhere bring the outside in.The cottage house is a huge adder that is rarely seen in a rental of this size. Beautifully done with a comfy king and everything you need, it gives added privacy and a little more luxury. The deck here has a magnificent view, as does the laundry room in the rear of the cottage house. Made me a bit envious.:)The middle open-air space is fantastic!! We had coffee outside every morning and watched the cows, turkeys and other birds along with the clouds. We grilled and ate outside at the table. We enjoyed the hot tub with the view and the firepit! The area is packed with local flora and was fun to explore. This continued on the many walks along the river road.I rented The Briar Patch, after much research, for my daughter's graduation from ASU and to have a place to bring my elderly mother to for all of us to celebrate this event together. It by far exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you.

Overall just a great place to relax and enjoy nature me and my wife enjoyed it so much we want to bring the kids back. The house was big and plenty of stores close by

Loved our stay at this property! We cannot wait to be back:) Great proximity to all hiking trails. Must try mountain dog coffee and Stick Boy bread company! Loved watching the cows from the front deck. 10/10 Experience
