Pet Friendly. Close to all area attractions. Well worth the price. Host was very easy to deal with. Would stay there again.

Only two small knocks...(1) The house could have been cleaner as the floors were a bit dirty as was the bathroom vanity. (2) I wish I had known that the back patio was not accessible from within the home as that is one of the selling points. Unfortunately one needs to walk around the home to access those amenities.

This small, but comfy, home has all you need. It’s very cute and clean throughout. Parking is available in the driveway right outside the front door. It was great to have as a base in the mornings and evening for our family of four while being able to enjoy Rehoboth, the outlets and beaches during the day. Mary, the host, was reachable the morning of our checkout to confirm checkout details and messaged back very quickly. Overall, this was a smooth and enjoyable VRBO experience.

The place has nice finishes. It’s smaller than I expected and would have liked. My biggest issue with my stay was the location. The house that is pinned in the app varies drastically from the actual location. I feel that this place is overpriced for the accommodations. It was dog friendly, which is a plus. It was clean and organized. Check in and check out was a breeze. Literally the only thing that keeps me from posting a higher star rating is the misrepresentation of the location.
