It is a short walk to the beach, it is also a short walk from the Rimini airport (like 15-20 mins). The staff pays attention to your needs. It was good for me.

The location is super close to the beach and a 20 minute bus ride to the center of rimini. The room was spacious and the balcony was comfortable.

Breakfast too simple and too poor in quantity, minimum of the minimum and not good food, not good coffee.

Better comfort in the room, bed was horrible. The cleaning was not perfect at all in the room. And the breakfast was not good at all and too little and too simple and very bad coffee.

The hotel is situated in a calm part of Rimini, so in case you would like to be directly in the tourist center it's not the best choice. On the other side, if you would like to have calm nights and be just 15 minutes by bus from the main tourist center, it's a good choice. It is situated 5 minutes from a beach by walk and the staff of this hotel is very nice with one small disadvantage - their English is not the best. But even that we were able to agree on everything that was needed. Even it has only 2 stars, you can expect TV and air condition in the room.

from our stay I can complain just about the bed which was super soft and once I lied in it I created a crater which wasn't the best considering the fact that bed consists from two single beds with one huge mattrace on it so basically between me and my partner there was a small hill

We are from London and the staff was very nice and did their best to translate everything for us from Italian to English. Never had a problem from the fact that our main languages are different. They are also very nice to kids. More than that. Actually, they love kids, and our 3-year old son felt very safe and comfortable with them. They also accept pets, which is great. Friendliest staff I have met for years. Excellent value for money, too. What else would you like? :)

Possibly, they could improve the free, morning coffee machine. It makes coffee, no problem. But it had a weird flavour for me. So, I don't blame them. Maybe I should blame my taste buds. And anyway, I don't like to complain about stuff which is free. Just mentioning... However, they can make you excellent Italian coffee any time at the bar. And it is very cheap, so just ask that after breakfast, or anytime during the day. The staff is happy to make you one.
