Amazing Fully Renovated 4 Bedroom Very Close to the Pool and Clubhouse
Dieses Ferienhaus in Davenport (4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer die Natur liebt und gerne an der frischen Luft ist, kann mit dem Auto in nur 3 Minuten hierher fahren: Northeast Regionalpark. Ebenfalls nur 6 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich Folgendes: Lake Davenport. Mit dem Auto kannst du ganz entspannt Ausflüge unternehmen. Wie wäre es mit Highlands Reserve Golf Club (3 Autominuten) oder Four Corners FC (4 Autominuten)?
Während deines Aufenthalts kannst du den gleichen Komfort wie zu Hause oder sogar noch mehr genießen, so gibt es zum Beispiel WLAN und Klimaanlage sowie einen Trockner und ein Bügelbrett. Freu dich außerdem über Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpapier und einen Haartrockner.

House was in excellent shape and was very easy to find things we needed. When we arrived the house was very clean.

House was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 teens. The unit is about a 2 minute walk to the pool and other amenities. We enjoyed the pool (take your own pool floats) and the food we ordered at the pool bar was hot and delicious. The house has since put laminate flooring in the entire upstairs and overall was clean and everything worked in the home such as lights, appliances, etc. The pans are well worn and there are dishes exactly what the listing states: serving for 8. We went to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Volcano Bay, Typhoon Lagoon and Aquatica and all were about a 45 minute drive with Disney being about a 30 minute drive. The complex was quiet at night and I love the easy 2 car parking right in front of the house with no stairs to climb to get into the house. The trash removal was very easy as well as you just put your bagged trash in the can outside of the back door. The unit was clean and bug free. The master bedroom bed was very soft and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels in the closet. The air conditioning worked well. I would come back to this unit again.
