The location is comfortable and close to the town centre. It was quite easy to find a free parking space. The flat was on the first floor, with windows on both sides, which provided air circulation, important when the weather was hot. M&S and Sainsbury's are in walking distance.
Compared with other properties I booked via Booking.com, there are a few minor improvements to consider. For instance, I would have liked some sugar, tea bags for a cup of tea on arrival, and a couple of coffee pods, since the coffee maker was provided.

Clean, well equipped & comfortable
Big enough for two people, well run.

Enjoyed our time here but not 5 star.
(See below).
No bathroom soap. Cracked bathroom window pane. Rusty frying pan. Stained bath towel. Clock not working. Reporting instructions showing wrong WiFi password. Front window could not be kept open as latches missing but most of all the place was absolutely boiling with no sign of even a fan let alone an air conditioning unit.
Seems with a bit of care all these things could be sorted.
