MONATLICHE SONDERANGEBOTE BIS ENDE MÄRZ – schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht und frag nach. Genieße dieses wunderschöne, gepflegte Haus mit offenem Grundriss, das Komfort für eine große Familie, ein Treffen mit Freunden oder einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit bietet. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 kompletten Bädern, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer geräumigen Küche wirst du dich wie zu Hause fühlen und rundum wohlfühlen. Die griechisch inspirierten Wandmalereien versetzen dich in eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Garten ist groß und verfügt über einen privaten Pool/Whirlpool (der Pool hat einen flachen Einstieg und wird zum Ende hin tiefer). Grill, Essbereich für 8 Personen und Barbereich für 3 – lass den Spaß und die Unterhaltung beginnen. Spiel eine Runde Cornhole oder Tischtennis. Genieße den ganzen Tag über einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und am Abend einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Komm, entspanne dich und genieße die Schönheit der Wüste. Gleich die Straße runter befindet sich ein weltberühmtes Thermalbad (das auch Oprah Winfrey besucht), das du genießen kannst (Reservierung erforderlich, zusätzliche Gebühren fallen an). Wir können euch auch eine tolle Masseurin und einen Privatkoch empfehlen (gegen Aufpreis). Wir haben außerdem ein weiteres Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Bädern weiter die Straße hinunter (2 Minuten Fahrt) für besonders große Gruppen (fragt einfach nach). Das Agua Caliente Casino ist 15 Minuten entfernt, die Cabazon Outlets sind 25 Minuten entfernt und Joshua Tree ist 40 Minuten entfernt. Palm Springs – in der Nähe gibt es jede Menge zu erleben!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Palm Springs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The layout of the house was open and inviting, making it the perfect place for our group to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out and relax. We stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it could not have been a better choice. The home comfortably accommodated all seven of us, and everyone had plenty of space throughout our stay. The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out and made the experience feel special.One of the highlights was the amazing backyard and pool area. We spent countless hours outside enjoying the beautiful weather, swimming, relaxing, and making memories together. The outdoor space felt like a private resort and was a major reason why our trip was so enjoyable.The location was also fantastic. It was only a very short drive to downtown Palm Springs, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions whenever we wanted. At the same time, the property felt peaceful and private when we returned.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group. We are grateful for such a memorable stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Springs. We would gladly stay here again on a future trip.

Host was very responsive and communicative. Easy check in, spacious, most things as described. Lacks a few kitchen necessities but other than that the house was good. Host was very accommodating would book again!

The host is amazing the house was amazing however the pool was disappointing We waited for the pool cleaners to show up at almost 5 the pool was a hot mess. The net was broken so we could not clean it ourselves. The host did order another however it didn't get there till 2:30 the next day. The neighbors tree is horrible plus myself and another got stung by a bee. I rented for the pool and was disappointed. It should have been heated on Friday and only the top layer our feet and legs were literally freezing. The host on Saturday up the heat and it got way better. I was just sad that I wanted to be in the pool but with the Nieghbor's tree and no net and getting stung on Friday I wanted it clean before I went in. However the host was very accommodating and when you rely on others for maintenance, it's a hard call.

The home was spacious and accommodated our group well. However, the listing photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. It appears the photos have not been updated since the initial remodel.The backyard was the main reason we chose this home, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations based on the photos and prior reviews. The outdoor area was not well maintained. The ping pong table was damaged (possibly from termites), outdoor furniture and chairs were heavily sun-damaged, and several rugs were ripped and faded. Weeds were significantly overgrown, and the landscaping appeared neglected. The pool walls had visible staining, and a leaking hose caused moss buildup along the floor and wall. The string lights on the exterior of the home were also barely attached.Inside the home, the carpet throughout had numerous stains and appeared dirty. Several rugs were stained as well, and some cabinet hardware was loose. We were also surprised to be asked to bring in dumpsters from outside upon arrival, which felt inappropriate for guests.Overall, while the size of the home worked well for our group, the condition and maintenance of the amenities did not meet our expectations based on the listing.
