Great location, within a few minutes of old town pile gate, restaurants, bars, local lagoon and bus stops. Clean and spacious property with all facilities provided and coffee machine made available on. Request.

La ubicacion a pasos de todo

The location is absolutely perfect, I can't think of a better spot to stay. Right outside the front door is an incredible view, along with a bar to grab a drink and a fancy restaurant. Just around the corner on the main street are some cheap food options and a grocery store. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the walled city, which is fun to explore but we were so glad to stay just outside of it because the walled city is so crowded. It's close enough that you can run back to the apartment for water, bathroom breaks, etc. The apartment was plenty big for two of us with a kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer combo (we did fine with the 15 minute wash cycle but all European washers like this need hours to dry the clothes, it's just how it goes). There's a TV in the living room and in the bedroom and we were able to login to our Netflix account easily. The A/C keeps the apartment cool on hot days, and we didn't hear any noise with the windows shut. We really appreciated having a code to enter the apartment since we struggled with difficult locks at so many other places in the region. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Dubrovnik.

The bathroom badly needs a bathmat, even just a towel one that you get in hotels these days. We only had one bath towel and one hand/face towel per person, and it was annoying not to have something to step on getting out of the shower. The sheets are rough and itchy; changing to softer bedding with a real fitted sheet would make a huge difference in the quality of the stay. The bathroom has a sewage odor, but we smelled it all over the city and I think it's a reality of modern life in such an old city.

Location was amazing close to everything we needed

We were 3 adults and b there were only two fold out chairs inside and only two mugs for us to use no couch or tv in common area. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. Outside seating was available but too hot too sit out there. Also it was advertised with toiletries but there wasn’t any at all.
