Good value. I only needed it for one night and the location was good for my purpose.

It is basic. Nothing wrong with that. Bed was comfortable and was clean.

Clean and comfortable, location easy access to many things in the area. Nice kitchen. Safe neighborhood. Owner readily reachable and helpful.

No dedicated parking; you apparently have to coordinate with others in the building who are parking, which no temporary occupant wants to deal with. Street parking was close nearby and very easy, but that might be more of an inconvenience for someone else, and I was lucky to be there on a weekend when temporary restrictions on that street were not applicable that could have made this a mess. The floor noise from the upstairs unit can be quite loud, and not because the people up there were especially inconsiderate; I just think that’s the way the construction is. The street is busy and at times noisy, but the bedroom is away from the street side so was not a problem during my stay. TV and remote did not work, but that could have been a temporary server problem; these things happen, but it wasn’t a big deal for me so I didn’t bother asking for help with it.

Checkin instructions from host were clear so settling in was no trouble, even being night time for us. Appreciated the parking space provided and that the towels and bedding for us were washed and clean!

The shower fixture and pressure could be updated and replaced bc I couldn’t feel any of the water fall on me with the way it sprayed out. Also, I thought there would be a washing machine in the unit or living room as described in the listing but the laundry room was located outside near the bldg and available to use per posted hours only. I ended up going to a laundromat a few miles away so that was a little inconvenient but had to go out anyway to buy AAA batteries for the Roku remote bc those provided were dead and we couldn’t function the remote to watch tv otherwise.
