Gold's Pyramids Hotel

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The best part was definitely the incredible view of the pyramids from the room. 😍 The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The guys at reception are very nice, and I especially want to mention Ahmed, who was absolutely amazing. Every time I called him, he answered and helped me with whatever I needed, always with a great attitude. Honestly, the service was 10/10. I also want to mention the cleaning lady, who was constantly making sure everything was clean and tidy, and she even brought me breakfast. You can really see that the whole team cares about their guests. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Beautiful room, great cleanliness, incredible pyramid views, and amazing staff. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was amazing and so kind. When you wake up you call the front desk from the phone and let them know you would like breakfast, and they cook it for you on the spot and bring it to your area of the hotel building. The breakfasts are well rounded and delicious - however I will say the hotel manager went out of his way to bring us boxed breakfast from local bakeries when we had an early morning of sightseeing or the day we checked out when it's before 8am. They were helpful in arranging cars for us when we needed it - assisted in any tours or excursions if you had a day where you were unsure of what you wanted to do. The nile cruise dinner they arraged for us was delightful, food was phenomenal, and if the main deck is too loud for you from the live entertainment there is an upstairs lounge and top deck to enjoy the beautiful city views and nile peacefully. If you have your own set schedule not through the hotel, and are wary of Ubers or Taxis, the drivers the hotel arrange are wonderful people and trustworthy. They are essentially private contractors, we paid the hotel for the cars, and the hotel pays them- tips are highly appreciated by the drivers as well as the hotel staff (although not required!). I recommend asking if Emad Mkrm is available to drive you - he is the kindest soul.

Nothing to put here - everything exceeded expectations and made the chaos of Giza seem calm and easy to manage.

Je tous aimer calme propre en plus vue sur les pyramides …en plus la sécurité tu sens chez toi et les personnes qui travaillent sont professionnel gentil doux généreux en premier position Ahmed et son équipe même le gérant de l hôtel il est super sympa ❤️❤️🫶

La terrazza offre una vista davvero molto carina sulle piramidi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile: prima del mio arrivo avevo richiesto delle sedie in camera e le ho trovate già pronte al momento del check-in. Molto gradite e comode anche le ciabattine fornite nel set di cortesia.

Diversi aspetti andrebbero migliorati, soprattutto a fronte di un prezzo piuttosto elevato per la zona: ●Comfort e dotazioni della camera: L'aria condizionata punta direttamente sul letto, risultando molto fastidiosa durante la notte, ma spegnerla rendeva la stanza caldissima. I cuscini erano scomodi, i telecomandi (TV e AC) erano sporchi e le lampade dei due comodini erano prive di lampadine. La dotazione e le finiture del bagno erano piuttosto modeste. La connessione Wi-Fi anche se indicata dall'Hotel come "veloce", nella realtà dei fatti è una connessione che viaggia sui 10-20 Mbps e se presenti altre persone non riesce quasi a caricare pagine internet. ●Insonorizzazione e rumore: L'isolamento acustico verso la strada è praticamente inesistente, si sentiva chiaramente ogni rumore esterno. Inoltre, sulla terrazza sono installati due motori esterni dei condizionatori (di cui uno della mia stanza) che, quando in funzione, rendevano impossibile stare fuori nella terrazza. ●Spazi comuni: L'ingresso e la palazzina sono condivisi con altri due hotel e appartamenti privati; queste aree comuni non gestite direttamente dalla struttura erano molto buie e sporche. ●Colazione: Impostata con formula fissa senza un menù chiaro e senza possibilità di sapere in anticipo cosa viene servito, genera parecchio spreco alimentare.
