Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass in der Wohnung schon was zum trinken und zum Essen war und sogar viele leckere Sachen zum Frühstück. Auch im Badezimmer gibt es Shampoo, Balsam und genügend Toilettenpapier. Matratzen sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung um zum Zentrum oder zum Strand zu fahren.

Abbiamo soggiornato settimana scorsa per 10 giorni e siamo stati molto bene,l' appartamento e molto grande,luminoso e molto pulito. La padrona di casa molto gentile e cordiale.

This apartment is absolutely amazing! The colourful decor gives it such a warm, cosy feel that makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need—kitchen appliances, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and more. We were even provided with breakfast items like croissants, cereal, milk, and juice. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood mostly filled with locals, so you can really feel the 'real Rome' atmosphere. At the same time, it's only a 30-minute walk from lovely Trastevere and has great access to public transport. As for the host, Simona—she is the friendliest host I’ve ever met in my life! We would love to stay here again and again, thank you so much, Simona! ❤️

We really appreciated that the host personally welcomed us and handed over the keys. She also provided thoughtful welcome gifts, breakfast supplies and tips on restaurants/markets/places, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and remained pleasantly cool despite temperatures exceeding 30°C for several days. After about a week, we started using the air conditioning, but it was reassuring to know that the apartment stayed comfortable even without it.

The 2-person bed consisted of 2 mattresses which slide apart easily, and was a little bit annoying. Regarding the location, we expected to reach several destinations in Rome within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, bus journeys consistently took longer than the times indicated in the official ATAC app due to heavy traffic throughout the day. The tram and metro services proved to be much more reliable alternatives.
