Location is great. Appartment is nice, good communication with owner. View from the terrace is very nice
In the pictures I didn’t see that the terrace is not in front of the property but beside it. You need to go out, unlock a gate and go up the stairs.
The view is from the terrace not the appartment. It was very hot and the way the windows are, there is no air circulation so it remained very hot.

This is a nice, small apartment in the village of Tamburino with a lovely view across to the hilltop town of Orvieto. Orvieto is wonderful to walk around, enjoy cafes, restaurants and the many unique shops. The surrounding countryside is also beautiful. It was a lovely drive to the lakeside town of Bolsena. You do need to rent a car. We took a train to Orvieto. Taxis do not want to drive the 5 km up into the hills to reach Il dolce Rifugio di Carlotta and there are few buses. It is a 2 minute walk from the train station to Hertz. Having a car makes life easy and allows a greater variety of adventures.

Le camere da letto non avevano finestre ma finestroni in alto e per entrare in una delle camere da letto si deve entrare dalla cucina .
Il bagno non ha la finestra
La doccia sporca è vecchia

Tavoletta del wc bruciata
Si parla di un terrazzo con vista su Otvieto ma in realtà è un marciapiede.
Gentili i proprietari ci hanno concesso di restare un paio di ore in più
