Honestly, this was such a beautiful property. The owners are absolutely delightful and have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bed was amazingly comfortable which was great after a big day of driving. They had milk in the fridge and cereals available. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Actually, I’ve stayed at both of the owners properties over the past few months and I have to say there is nothing better in town. And I’ve stayed pretty much everywhere. I love the fact that this is classy yet simple, not pretentious. The fact that there’s a backyard there too it’s just amazing and being able to wash your clothes and hang them out as well as have a barbecue makes it just feel like you’re at home.

While we didn't meet the hosts, the various notes, provisions and text communications were very thoughtful and proactive right down to a reassuring note about Bogong moths! The room and property was beautifully presented, well equipped, quiet, comfortable. We had a room with a generous ensuite and kitchenette. The shared kitchen area is very generous and attractive. I'd say that Perrington Estate is a jewel in the crown of Nyngan and an excellent place to stay.

Maybe an armchair or two would be a good addition.
