Todo genial, la excursión muy divertida y la cena riquísima. El personal súper amable sobretodo Salman, nuestro guía en la excursión, nos hizo pasar una mañana muy divertida y la comida que nos preparó en el desierto estaba deliciosa! Al check in estaban esperándonos para que no nos perdiéramos y el check out muy puntual. Cualquier duda la responden al momento por whatsap.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality from Muayad during our time in Amman. From the moment he picked us up until he dropped us off, Muayad ensured that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of fantastic. His punctuality was remarkable, always arriving and departing at the agreed times, which allowed us to make the most of our time exploring Wadi Rum. Additionally, Muayad went above and beyond by arranging dinner accommodations and even ensuring we had breakfast sorted, which truly exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was Muayad’s patience, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our entire journey. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making sure that every member of our group, including our kids, felt comfortable and had a great time. Thanks to Muayad’s exceptional service and genuine care, our experience in Amman was one of the best we’ve had so far. I cannot recommend Muayad highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Wadi Rum, with a lifetime of experience in the area he’s truly your go to!

Amazing experience! We stayed on the bubble tent. It was clean and tidy, beds were very comfy. The view of the desert was great, we could see the starts from our room. Salman was very kind and professional, he took care of us and made us feel at home. Food was amazing, big portions and big variety. Totally recommend this camp.

The Desert Relax Camp here in Wadirum is really beautiful. The bubble tent was cozy and give the mood of arabian night. You can enjoy the star gazing just upon your terrace in front of the bubble tent. Mr. Salman was taking care of us very well. The dinner and breakfast was amazing. There is variety selection of arabic food and the taste is really good. Definitely coming back to the sun city camp again.

Excellent food, excellent service, dance party after dinner, stargazing over the dunes, excellent views, felt very safe here and in the rest of Jordan as well. Salman the hotel manager is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

The Food here is really amazing! we have the best lamb for dinner, the rest of the food like salads and chicken was so perfect! For sure we will come back here again. They also have a good Manager Muayad, as he discussed the foods before dinner. Would Like also to recommend the tour Guide namely Salman, who brought us here, and we really feel secured. Amazing!!!

We debated about which camp to book in Wadi Rum as there are quite a few. After looking at pictures and reviews, we decided to book with Deserts Relax Camp. And it only exceeded our expectations! First , they are located in the red sand area (vs other area there’s weeds, flowers… looks less like desert) Then, you have staff that is attentive to your needs, serving tea, looking after you (even if you are not with a big tour), giving you recommendations for the guided tours, making sure you had everything. The food… what to say… it was the best meat, especially lamb, you can wish for. Not kidding. It’s been a week and we still talk about now. We did the sunrise camel tour and sunset 4h jeep tour. You can also do a little hike/scrambling on your own. There’s a little hill on the right side that gives a phenomenal 360 view after easy 10-15min hike. At night, you can stargaze right on your patio! Finally, a word about safety. We felt extremely safe everywhere we went in Jordan. We didn’t fell any tension at all, everything is business as usual.

Incredible setting, amazing domes to sleep in, food and staff were 5* and the views are out of this world! Highly recommend! Wadi rum was my favourite place in Jordan! We did the Jeep tour which was so so fun, I couldn’t fault the place at all! Absolutely brilliant.

Lo que más destacaría es la habitación como tal, se encuentra bien equipada, con aire acondicionado (muy necesario debido a que la burbuja se sobrecalienta durante el día) y la calidad de los muebles en general es buena así como la limpieza del baño. También destacar el empeño del personal, especialmente del responsable en comunicarse con nosotros, en ofrecer un servicio cercano y de calidad. Se preocupó constantemente de que supiésemos llegar al lugar indicado y de que pudiésemos disfrutar lo máximo posible, los ofreción aguas y una comida gratuita.

Aquí hay varios puntos a mejorar. Me gustaría destacar de que es ciertamente notable que es un alojamiento relativamente nuevo (llevan 1 año operando) así que es de entender que algunos de estos aspectos no estén del todo pulidos, a pesar de ello creo que es necesario comentar los puntos para que se pueda tomar nota de ello. En primer lugar, cuentan con 3 hileras de burbujas una detrás de otra, con lo que las únicas burbujas que realmente tienen una vista panorámica de todo el desierto son las que se encuentran en la primera fila. Esas además no cuentan con camas dobles. En mi caso, solicité expresamente una burbuja con vista panorámica en primera fila y con cama doble, de este modo, fue muy frustrante llegar y saber que no se cumplía esa condición. En todo caso, lo pudimos hablar con el personal y se llegó a un acuerdo mutuo. El desayuno la verdad es que nos decepciono, muy poca variedad y la calidad no era muy buena. No tenían leche o ni ningún tipo de zumo o fruta. La cena también un poco justita a nivel de variedad. De hecho las dos noches cenamos exactamente lo mismo. En cuanto a mejoras del equipamiento, el agarre de la ducha tuviera más recorrido para así evitar dejar el baño mojado cada vez que uno se ducha y también se agradecería una toalla para los pies. No hubo servicio de habitaciones entre la primera y segunda noche lo cual no nos dejó muy sorprendidos visto los puntos anteriores. En general, se denota cierta sensación de falta de experiencia para ofrecer un servicio de calidad de cara al cliente a pesar de que el personal si transmite un espíritu de querer dar un servicio bueno. En mi opinión requieren de más experiencia en nos aspectos mencionado.

An unforgetable experience in the desert. We went to see the sun set behind the rocks, and in the middle of the night gathered together to see the stars against the backdrop of nothingness. It was the perfect moment to shut daily life out, and feel alive.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ein wahres Erlebnis. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Wüste mit einem atemberaubendem Blick auf die Wüste. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle nehmen die Gäste mit Freude auf und finden immer ein Gesprächsthema. Das Buffet hier ist auch bemerkenswert, das Essen war sehr genussvoll. Das Frühstück fängt um 7:30 an und schließt laut Personal um 9. Es ist jedoch ratsam, bereits um 7:30 zu erscheinen, da es auch mal dazu kommen kann, dass um bspw. 8:20 keine Auswahl mehr verfügbar ist. Die Zelte waren sehr gemütlich und sind gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt bietet dieses Hotel eine schöne, saubere, gemütliche und außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre. Den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel empfehle ich allen wärmstens.

It was magical! I booked one night and wish to stay more. We arrived around 6:30pm, Salman was very helpful since booking and carried out the entire stay, he was always in touch and ready to help with whatever we needed, he picked us up and took us to the camp in time to watch the beautiful sunset, his family was very kind and helpful, They prepared us a delicious dinner which was cooked underground and after relaxing and drinking some tea we went to see the stars, this was the most magical experience and I highly recommend doing this. The campground was very nice, clean and very comfortable to stay there! I will definitely come back and stay longer!

Our time at Wadi Rum Desert Relax Camp was amazing. Salman, was incredibly friendly and patient, always accommodating our requests and sharing his knowledge of Wadi Rum's history and Bedouin lifestyle. As our skilled driver, he ensured our safety while navigating the desert's rough terrain with ease. Originally planning to stay for just one night, we were so captivated by the beauty and tranquility of Wadi Rum that we extended our stay for another night. The camp Desert Relax Camp was clean, they served some delicious food. Overall, our experience with Desert Relax Camp was fantastic. If you're thinking about visiting Wadi Rum, I highly recommend them.

The heater took a while to get hot water.

Дружелюбный персонал , который старается во всем угодить и сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. Вечером они утраивали танцы и вправду старались развлекать нас . Мне понравился джип тур .

Мы приехали во время , когда туристов было очень мало . Естественно старались продать максимальное количество развлечений . К сожалению мы не увидели Млечный Путь , потому что погода была плохая . Но это конечно не зависит от персонала ☀️

We were picked up by Salman, our guide, at the Wadi Rum visitor center In a pickup. Salman was very friendly and gave us a wonderful private guided experience of the mighty Wadi Rum desert. He showed us many beautiful and famous places and teached us about the Bedouin life. As a lunch Salman made Galai for us, a very tasty and cozy experience. Later we got the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. Our guide often offered to take photos for us, which was appreciated. When we arrived at the Desert Relax Camp we were treated very good, and got the best dome available. It was clean and impressive view of the desert. We were unlucky with the rain that came in the evening, but it was still a cool place to sleep. The dinner was a buffet with tasty local food. After our stay, Salman was kind and drove us back to visitor center. I can deeply recommend this stay and Salman as a guide. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The beds were a bit hard. It started raining an some water came in through the door of the dome. Luckily the staff was very helpful and gave us extra towels to clean up the water.

Lo staff è accogliente e la posizione è buona. Colazione e cena discrete, senza infamia e senza lode.

La pulizia della nostra bolla lasciava molto a desiderare; letto scomodo con molle del materasso rotte. Phon non funzionante e connessione Wi-Fi pessima.

Tout tout tout, de la prise en charge à l’excursion, l’accueil, l’emplacement, la nourriture, le cadre….. bref tout ! 😍
