Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property. The location was excellent, the home was spacious, and it was a great place for our family to spend time together. The host was responsive, and we appreciated how quickly concerns were addressed when possible.There were a few maintenance issues that future guests and the owner should be aware of. The pool was cloudy when we arrived and remained that way until the pool service company came about halfway through our stay. While it was eventually resolved, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during the first part of our vacation.Two of the second-floor bedrooms were also uncomfortably warm, reaching around 78F. Although several fans were provided, they weren’t enough to keep those rooms comfortable, especially for sleeping.We also noticed a few issues with interior doors. Some bedroom and bathroom doors would not lock, and the pool bathroom door leading into the house would not even latch properly. These are relatively minor repairs but would improve both convenience and privacy for guests. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was a huge plus. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful family vacation and made great memories. With a few maintenance improvements, this property could provide an even better experience, and we would certainly consider staying here again.

The house was simply perfect for all our needs! We traveled with our 18-year-old son, three of his friends, our 6-year-old daughter, and our dog! We had so much room and never once felt crowded. The house was exactly what was described in the pictures! The layout of the house is PERFECT! Master, kitchen, laundry, guest room + bath, and private full bath that was accessible from the pool, and the entire pool area on the same level. Such a great layout with everything you need from the same level. Loved that every bedroom had its own private bath! It was just an easy 5–10-minute walk to the beach, close to Harris Teeter, and other amenities. We have stayed at lots of different homes, and this one is definitely a keeper in the "will come back again" list!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful luxury home in Isle of Palms. The home was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time together enjoying the comfortable living spaces and beautiful surroundings. We made wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful home, but be mindful of Isle of Palms noise enforcementThis property is truly immaculate — beautifully equipped, spotless, and the host’s communication was excellent from start to finish. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the time we spent here.One important note for future guests: Isle of Palms has very strict noise enforcement outside of designated quiet hours, and local security is active. We received visits even during normal evening hours — once while using a hibachi (fair enough, it’s louder), but also another evening when we were simply laughing together outside. If you’re hoping to spend meaningful time outdoors — barbecues, gatherings, or just relaxing with conversation in the evening — be aware that this can be interrupted. We’d absolutely recommend this home for quieter groups or anyone planning to enjoy the indoor spaces, which are stunning. Just go in with realistic expectations about outdoor time so you’re not caught off guard like we were.
