Dieses Ferienhaus für Familien ist nicht weit von Möglichkeiten zum Segeln und von Tauchmöglichkeiten entfernt. Surf City Beach ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass du dein Auto auch mal an der Unterkunft abstellen kannst, die praktische überdachte Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und
fährst die 3 Minuten zu dieser Sehenswürdigkeit: Sea Haven Beach.

Nach deiner Rückkehr kannst du am Strand ausspannen, am Gemeinschaftspool chillen oder auf der Terrasse oder im Patio etwas trinken. Auch den Grill wirst du mögen. Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, kannst du drinnen bei einer Runde Tischtennis dein Geschick unter Beweis stellen. Und wenn du darauf keine Lust hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang und Fernseher noch eine Menge Möglichkeiten, wie du deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

In diesem Feriendomizil erwarten dich 3 Schlafzimmer, 3.5 Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafsofa, ein Kamin und Klimaanlage. Zur Ausstattung des Badezimmers gehören ein Haartrockner und Handtücher. In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Eiswürfelbereiter und eine Mikrowelle. Und da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt, brauchst du nicht so viele Klamotten mitzunehmen und kannst so mit leichterem Gepäck reisen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week at the beach was great! The house was very spacious with smart TVs everywhere. Its a short walk to the beach with a huge deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen had more pots, pans, bowls, coffee cups and eating utensils than any other place we have rented over the past years.The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the coffee maker with a Keurig.I would suggest this place and will rent here again.

We had 8 people with us including a toddler and three teens. This was the perfect place with multiple rooms to spread out. Loved the front house on the beach! The porch is on the beach and you can see the ocean from the main two floors on each room. It was amazing. We went the week before memorial weekend which meant we didn’t have much of a crowd, we enjoyed the empty beaches. The house was in great shape, very clean and PLENTY of towels for the bathrooms. They come in personal sized packs with wash cloths and hand towels for each person. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cooking utensils. Nice dining table area and bar area to eat and spread out. There is also a white storage bench outside with several sand toys for the kids and a few boogie boards. This unit does NOT have beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Also there is one blow dryer for the entire unit which really isn’t a biggie but we did have to share and pass from floor to floor. The kids enjoyed the kid room with 5 beds, books, toys, and puzzles! Had a blast. Great texting communication with rental company about trash info. You will need to go out and purchase your main bathroom toilet paper/ paper towel etc. but that’s to be expected. We loved it and hope to return one day!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the house for 5 years. We have never had an issue with cleanliness, but there were so many issues, and we found more and more at the week went on. Also the dishwasher isn't cleaning well, probably do to the soap dispenser not opening up all the way and the freezer has gotten away worse. Otherwise, the view, location and accommodations were good as usual. The kitchen is stocked although the coffee mugs were too cluttered and one fell out of the cabinet when we opened it.
